I like the sound that can be produced but it drags my DAW (Studio Pro 8) to a crawl. Sometime I have to disable the plugin to get smooth playback.

Like many people, I record at home in a non-ideal space. I’ve made my room somewhat acoustically dead, and this plugin breathes life back into the music. If you close mic everything, and have killed every nasty flutter echo in your room, you need to try out Sound City Studios. It was just what I was missing - might be just what you’ve been missing too.

Your acoustic guitar sounds too thin, your vocals too liveless....this plugin opens possibilties for professional sound which I was not able to achieve with anything else. Absolutely unique and highly recommended !
